| What are the steps for having a photo restored online? |
| Just go to the Order Page and upload your photo. You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your upload. All digital restoration's are only one price, so no quotes are needed or estimates to be made.
Once the restoration has been completed, we'll send you an email with easy instructions on downloading your restored photo. You can always email us or call us to find out the status of your restoration order. |
| How do I upload pictures? |
| Go to the Order Page, then follow the step by step directions to upload a picture. (You will see a "Browse" button that will enable you to select a picture from your computer disk. ) |
| I have a very small photo. How large can it be printed? |
| It depends on a number of factors, but in general very small photos should not be printed larger than 4x6 or 5x7 for best results. |
| Do you restore old artwork? |
| Yes. However, it depends on the size of the artwork. Remember, the restoration is a print of the original; We do not modify the original. |
| How do I get my photos onto my computer? |
You must first scan your photos onto your computer disk using a scanner, or transfer pictures from your digital camera to your computer.
If you do not have the ability to scan the photo, take it to a near by Copy Center/Photo Lab and they will help you. Just tell them to scan it for 8x10 output at 300dpi (dots per inch) and save it on a CD at a JPEG, jpg "High" quality setting. RGB (true color), IBM PC Format. |
| My picture has mold and stains. Can you repair these? |
| Yes. This type of damage can be restored. However, the more info you can provide about the photo the better. (i.e. what should be in the background if missing, etc.) We can replace most missing areas of your photo. |
| How long does it take to complete my order? |
| It depends on the amount of damage. A single photo with moderate damage will be completed in one or two days. Our normal commitment is 4 to 5 working days. |
| Do you ship your work overseas? |
| No we are not ship the work on CD or by Postal Mail we deliver our work through the e-mail or over the internet only. |
| Do you do restorations or modifications of product or commercial photos? |
| Yes. We have expertise in commercial photo preparation and modification. |
| Do you able to do regular and bulk work? |
| Yes, we have 20 people dedicated team for this so we can take bulk order as well as long term contract too. |
